This Acceptable Use Policy defines permitted and prohibited uses of the OpenV2 platform.

By using the Service you agree to follow these rules.


1. Prohibited Activities

Users may not use OpenV2 to create or distribute:

  • malware
  • ransomware
  • spyware
  • phishing systems
  • scams or fraudulent services
  • tools designed to exploit vulnerabilities

2. Illegal Content

The platform must not be used to produce or distribute content that violates applicable laws, including:

  • copyright infringement
  • illegal services
  • illegal surveillance tools

3. Abuse of Infrastructure

Users must not:

  • overload servers
  • attempt unauthorized access
  • scrape the platform at scale
  • bypass security mechanisms

4. AI Safety

OpenV2 may restrict or block prompts that attempt to generate harmful or illegal software.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that repeatedly violate this policy.

5. Enforcement

If a violation is detected we may:

  • warn the user
  • suspend the account
  • terminate access to the Service
