5. AI Generated Content

You understand and agree that:

• generated code must be reviewed before use

OpenV2 makes no guarantees regarding the correctness, reliability, or safety of AI-generated output. You are solely responsible for how you use generated content.

6. Ownership of Generated Content

Unless otherwise specified: Users retain ownership of the applications and code generated using the Service.

However, by using the Service you grant OpenV2 a limited license to: process your inputs, generate outputs, and improve platform functionality.

OpenV2 does not claim ownership of your generated applications.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

OpenV2 may offer subscription plans including: Free plan, Pro plan, Ultra plan.

Subscription terms:

• subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• payments are billed in advance
• pricing may change with notice

Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension of the Service. Unless required by law, payments are generally non-refundable.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

After cancellation:

• the subscription remains active until the end of the billing period
• no further payments will be charged

9. Intellectual Property

All platform software, branding, UI design, and infrastructure remain the property of OpenV2 and its licensors.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of:

• proprietary technologies

OpenV2 is not liable for damages caused by service interruptions.
